Natalia wrote me that this card is from her summer vacation. She was on holiday in Vitebsk and in cultural and historical complex "Golden Ring of City Vitebsk Dvina" there was a festival for handmade goods.
Vitebsk is a fourth largest city in Belarus. Vitebsk developed from a river harbor where the Vitba River (from which it derives its name) flows into the larger Western Dvina, which is spanned in the city by the Kirov Bridge.
