Vilnius Cathedral - Basilica and Bell Tower /Rec. in 1801/

Arch-Cathedral Basilica of Vilnius is a Lithuanian Archdiocese and Deanery centre. The Cathedral is located in the heart of Vilnius Old Town and enchants its inhabitants and guests by magnificence and classicist architectural style.

Lithuania (a country in Northern Europe) is the largest of the three Baltic states. The capital -  Vilnius, is known for its Old Town of beautiful architecture, declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1994. More picture - here.

The Vilnius TV Tower is a 326.5 m - the tallest structure in Lithuania. Since 2000 the tower has been decorate to resemble a Christmas tree each Christmas season (in the middle of the postcard).
