Brugge (Bruges in English, Bulgarian: Брюж / Брюге) - Belgium - is the capital and largest city of the province of West Flanders in the Flemish Region of Belgium. It is located in the northwest of the country.
The historic city centre is a prominent World Heritage Site of UNESCO. More picture - here.
Along with a few other canal-based northern cities, such as Amsterdam, it is sometimes referred to as "The Venice of the North".

Lovely card, but I was really happy with the sticker - a man with a weather balloon, and a special weather stamp - a tree whose crown is a green spot until you press it with a warm finger - rain clouds appear. Amazing!
